If you’re a skilled professional with a passion for making a better world, and have experience with the nonprofit sector, we want to talk with you. We expect you to work hard, with dedication and commitment, and we’ll reward your hard work, but we don’t make you turn your life over to the company. We recognize that our people have lives and families and we encourage our staff to have a healthy balance between home and work. We discourage overtime and try to keep everyone to a 35-hour work week – an unheard-of standard in public accounting. We offer flexible, friendly accommodations to part-time schedules. We’ll start you off with four weeks of vacation and personal time and have a reputation for offering the most vacation time in the country. Our staff appreciates these benefits – and that’s why we attract such quality people.

We're proud to have been recognized 9 times by the Philadelphia and Washington Business Journals as one of the Best Places to Work -- including three times as THE Best Place to Work! We're actively hiring new staff Associates for our Philadelphia, Washington, Houston and New York offices. If you’re a hard-working accounting professional who enjoys the diversity of different client experiences and the knowledge that you’re making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

CBS3-Interview.jpg YPTC Managing Partner Jen Alleva had a 3-minute interview with Ukee Washington on the “Talk Philly” television show on CBS-3 in Philadelphia. Jen discussed the good news: that a company named as one of the Best Places to Work is hiring accountants to support its growth. “Our staff find a lot of meaning in what they do,” she said. “Not a lot of accountants can say that.”
