Aimee Pourciau, Director of Your Part-Time Controller, LLC’s (YPTC’s) Colorado office,  has received a Colorado C-Suite Award from ColoradoBiz. This award celebrates top corporate executives who consistently demonstrate remarkable leadership skills, integrity, values, vision, commitment to excellence, company performance, and community engagement.  

Receiving this recognition is incredibly meaningful for Aimee, “not just as a personal milestone, but as a reflection of the phenomenal support I’ve received from my colleagues at YPTC,” she says. “Their nominations, kind words, and belief in my leadership have been both humbling and affirming.” She continues, “As someone who is often my own toughest critic, this award serves as a powerful reminder that the work I’m doing to grow and lead our Colorado market is making a real impact. It’s easy to focus on what more we could be doing, but this moment allows me to pause and appreciate how far we’ve come—together.” 

Aimee launched YPTC’s physical presence in the Colorado market in April 2024. In the short time since, she has led the hiring of 15 new staff members and more than doubled the number of clients served. Her strategic vision, commitment to excellence, and supportive approach to staff management has cultivated a thriving and impactful presence in the region and a workplace culture where employees feel valued and inspired. This is reflected in YPTC being named #1 Best Firm to Work For by Accounting Today and #2 Best Place to Work for Women by Best Companies Group. 

Aimee’s vision extends beyond organizational success to the broader well-being of the community. She actively participates in regional forums, shares her insights at industry conferences, and engages with civic leaders to ensure that YPTC’s work aligns with the evolving needs of Colorado’s nonprofit landscape. Her commitment to community engagement is evident through her work with the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA) and its nonprofit working group. 

On a national level, Aimee leads YPTC’s animal welfare specialization, a growing practice area that supports animal welfare organizations with tailored financial expertise. Her passion for this cause is deeply personal—Aimee is a dedicated volunteer who fosters rescued dogs, providing them with a safe, loving home while they await adoption. 

The Colorado C-Suite Award reflects Aimee’s commitment to the nonprofit sector and her success in demonstrating how financial stewardship can be a powerful tool for advancing compassion and care in our communities. Her team is volunteering, networking, educating, and elevating nonprofits across Colorado.
