The Montessori Institute of North Texas (MINT) is an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) training center offering internationally recognized Montessori teacher training for educators in North Texas, surrounding areas, and around the world.

Virginia Brooks, Executive Director of MINT, explains that one of their board members recommended YPTC. “We then had a personal information session with YPTC which gave us a clear understanding of their approach and expertise, helping us feel confident that they would be a strong partner for MINT’s financial management needs,” Virginia says.

She shared that YPTC’s support has been especially valuable in strengthening and formalizing MINT’s financial procedures, “giving us much clearer systems and accountability in our processes. Their guidance has been instrumental in organizing our records and ensuring best practices are in place. Most importantly, they are helping prepare us for our very first audit with confidence.”

They know when to hold our hands through something new and when to ‘teach us to fish’, empowering our team to grow stronger in our financial practices.
