"YPTC treats us as if we are their only client"

South Shore Conservatory (SCC) provides arts education throughout the South Shore region of Massachusetts, sharing the joy of music and dance with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. SSC is the region’s largest community school for the arts, providing a broad scope of music and dance lessons, early education, creative arts therapy, and professional performances.

SCC’s previous director brought YPTC in to organize their finance department in 2021 and the firm has provided ongoing support ever since.

As SCC continues to grow, current Executive Director Cynthia Krebs Lee says, “Without YPTC, SSC would not be alive! We are cyclically dependent on the skills and leadership YPTC provides us.”

“YPTC treats us as if we are their only client,” she continues. “We feel part of a team and have had transparent communication with multiple team members. The people at YPTC are down-to-earth and willing to educate our team broadly.” Cynthia calls out YPTC Associate Julie Sheaves, saying, “She is our all-star!”

“YPTC’s professional skills and approachable manner make them an extension of our leadership team and organization at large,” Cynthia says. “Whether you have a project need, a need for accounting help, or full CFO guidance—which we have used all of, they are the ones to call!”
