I completed my education in accounting and began my career in the for-profit sector, where I held roles such as a Controller and a Director of Finance. These positions gave me a strong foundation in financial management, compliance, and organizational leadership. When searching for a new job, I was looking for flexibility and a work-life balance while continuing to feel fulfilled professionally.
