Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) has been named a 2026 Best Place to Work by the Boston Business Journal in the Small Companies category. In 2025, YPTC ranked #3 among Boston’s Best Places to Work.

The Best Place to Work awards recognize local employers that go above and beyond to create an outstanding workplace culture. The rankings are based on confidential surveys of employees that measure success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication, and more, with only the top-scoring companies in the region earning the distinction as a Best Place to Work.

YPTC Boston team members celebrated this accomplishment at the 2026 Boston Business Journal Best Places to Work event on June 11.
