Your Part-Time Controller (YPTC) proudly has 13 physical regional offices across the country, as well as a robust remote services division that allows the organization to serve nonprofits anywhere in the U.S. Since launching its services in New Mexico in 2021, YPTC has steadily grown through the addition of local staff and clients.
As part of YPTC’s Phoenix regional office, the firm has appointed Miranda Jijana, a dedicated Client Service Manager, to better serve nonprofits in New Mexico. In these increasingly uncertain times, YPTC’s services and dedicated accounting staff are valued more than ever in the region.
Miranda, who has been with YPTC since October 2022 has been a key member of the YPTC team in New Mexico. A New Mexico local, she joined the firm as an Associate after over 10 years working in both accounting consulting and auditing. Her expertise, passion for nonprofits, and ability to connect with clients and staff makes her the proper candidate to continue to support YPTC’s growing New Mexico presence.
“Miranda is absolutely the best fit as our first Client Manager located in New Mexico. She cares deeply about nonprofit organizations, about accounting and ensuring leaders understand their financial status, and about the state of New Mexico.” Said Director and Phoenix office leader, Deanna Peterson. “With deep New Mexican roots and a strong sense of community, Miranda dives right into any situation to support our staff and help our clients sleep better at night.”
Miranda was born in Southern New Mexico, grew up in the East Mountains of New Mexico, graduated from University of New Mexico, and has raised her family in Albuquerque. She is active in the local community through volunteer activities and as a musician in the community band.
