LifeROOTS Inc., founded in 1958, has deep roots in the heart of Albuquerque and the surrounding communities. From its humble beginnings as pioneers in treating children with polio and cerebral palsy, LifeROOTS has blossomed into a beacon of hope and support for individuals of all ages with developmental, physical, and behavioral disabilities.

When Dwanna Cooper, CEO of LifeROOTS, first met Oksana Franco, Associate at YPTC, she immediately felt a sense of assurance, “With Oksana, we knew we were in good hands and that things were going to be taken care of. Oksana helped us get back on track with a more realistic budget, and her willingness to help in any way made her an easy partner to work with.”

Dwanna knew YPTC was the right fit because they understood exactly what she needed when she asked for a study. The accounting department’s assessment was precisely what LifeROOTS required at that moment. Oksana’s dedication went beyond the usual expectations; she worked tirelessly and attended Board meetings, which the Board greatly appreciated. In addition, the budget Oksana helped prepare made it easier for a new person to step in.
