"They know nonprofit accounting inside and out"

The Women’s Foundation for the State of Arizona (WFSA) has been a beacon of change for over three decades, driving social, political, and economic equity for women and girls.
When WFSA’s former CFO decided to transition to a new opportunity, they knew they needed a reliable partner to assist with their accounting and finance. WFSA brought YPTC on board to help navigate this transition, and they have been invaluable ever since.
According to Kirsten Larsen, WFSA Director of Operations, working with YPTC has been a professional and rewarding experience. Both Veronica Dudine, YPTC Associate and Lizeth Herrera, YPTC Manager, have been able and willing to provide thorough explanations and ensure WFSA meets all their financial deadlines and obligations. A deep understanding of nonprofit accounting has allowed them to hit the ground running and provide support and guidance from day one, making a significant impact on the organization’s success.
According to Kirsten, Veronica has been “extremely tenacious in untangling questions and tracking down information to help our organization move forward. She is always kind, believes in our mission and has expertly helped WFSA through quite a bit of change.”
She also shared, “Being able to work with someone who is truly an expert meant that we were able to continue to focus on our mission at a time when our organization was in need of financial guidance and support. Veronica has been patient and very kind as we’ve asked her to work with several different staff members to untangle a few financial knots.”
Kirsten highly recommends YPTC to other nonprofit organizations. “I would very much recommend YPTC to other nonprofits. The fact that they know nonprofit accounting inside and out means they are able to hit the ground running and provide support and guidance from day one. They have been a determining factor in the success of our organization over the past 20 months.”
