JEWISH FERTILITY FOUNDATION
"Their adaptability and empathy have been invaluable"
The Jewish Fertility Foundation (JFF) engages hopeful parents by providing financial assistance, emotional support, and infertility education to those struggling to build their families. JFF has allocated $2,150,000 for grants, loans & clinic discounts and has played a part in 162 successful births throughout the U.S.
Elana Frank, CEO & Founder realized it was time for their growing nonprofit to seek outside support for efforts beyond typical accounting and bookkeeping. Elana learned about YPTC from another Atlanta-based organization and quickly realized YPTC was exactly what they needed. “Their expertise aligned perfectly with our expanding requirements” she said.
She goes on to say YPTC “has been instrumental in streamlining and managing our accounting, bookkeeping, and Board reporting issues. Before YPTC, it was challenging for our staff to effectively communicate the financial story of our organization.” Their YPTC associate, Melissa Ogonoski, and Niki Frishman made this process much easier, significantly enhancing JFFs financial transparency and reporting.
Elana appreciates that Melissa and Niki are patient and understanding, always meeting their staff where they are, even if the systems differ. “They recognize that different staff and board members process information uniquely, and they are flexible enough to present data in ways that make sense to us. Their adaptability and empathy have been invaluable.”
Elana also highlights YPTC’s genuine partnership, “They care about the cost-benefit savings of our budget just as much as I do, demonstrating a shared commitment to our organization’s financial health and sustainability.”
“In many organizations, it just doesn’t make financial sense to employ a Financial Director internally. Until that point is obvious to afford to hire an internal employee, YPTC offers the professional services needed (and beyond) to help an organization thrive. Not to mention, they make financial audits stress-free.”
