Established in 1985, Safer New Mexico Now (Safer) is a long-standing nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing traffic safety throughout the state of New Mexico. In partnership with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the New Mexico Department of Transportation, Safer focuses on key areas such as child passenger safety, law enforcement support and training, and injury prevention. Their work is grounded in collaboration, education, and evidence-based practices to make a measurable impact on public safety.

Safer CEO Lisa Kelloff, was referred to YPTC by a close friend of her daughter who works with YPTC in California, “We reached out during a critical time after unexpectedly losing our CFO. She was with us for nearly 10 years, and we found that we lacked the accounting details necessary for a smooth transition. As a result, we enlisted the services of YPTC and have been working with them for three years.
