Eric Wilson, Director of Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC)’s Dallas/Fort Worth office, is now the firm’s first Director of Client Experience. This new role reflects YPTC’s ongoing growth and the rapid technological changes in the nonprofit sector. In his new role, Eric will uphold YPTC’s exceptional client service standards, serve as a liaison between client-service and internal-support teams, and champion innovation to maximize value for clients and support staff through change.

This role is a natural progression in Eric’s career with YPTC. Since joining the firm in 2017, he became the first manager in the Houston office, then moved to Dallas and was promoted to Director. With over 12 years of experience spanning audit and compliance for nonprofits and governmental entities, Eric was recently honored with the 2025 Rising Star award from the Texas Society of CPAs for his leadership, professional excellence, and community impact.

YPTC’s commitment to client service has fueled its growth, placing YPTC among Accounting Today’s fastest-growing firms for the past several years. The firm’s purpose—building stronger nonprofits—and mission to help as many nonprofits as possible are the guiding principles that shape how YPTC serves clients and attracts talent.

“YPTC has thrived for over 30 years,” Eric says, “and as Director of Client Experience, I’ll be working cross-functionally to ensure we build even further on that success by remaining a human-centric, tech-forward leader in nonprofit accounting and financial management services.”

Chief Client Services Officer, Teresa Salemi, says Eric’s new role aligns with the way he’s always approached his work: “Eric is passionate about turning best practices into practical tools and organizing processes that drive results, and now he has the opportunity to make this his focal point.”

Looking ahead, Eric is excited to collaborate closely with YPTC’s talented staff in his new role. He acknowledges the challenge but underscores, “this role is also an opportunity to make a greater impact through our work with our nonprofit clients across the country.”

Eric will continue to serve as Director of YPTC’s Dallas/Fort Worth office until a successor is named.
