Carole Melvin’s promotion to Regional Director has made room for a new leader to emerge in Washington, DC. Glen Devenish, a CPA, who formerly served as Client Service Manager, has now taken responsibility as Director of YPTC’s Washington, DC office. This territory encompasses the DC, Virginia, and Maryland regions.
As a Client Service Manager, Glen has demonstrated success in key areas- business development, talent acquisition, staff retention, revenue generation, among others. Now, he will be responsible for advancing the momentum and success that YPTC’s Washington, DC office has experienced in recent years.

Glen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of accounting and finance experience. Glen’s career has spanned the globe working with both Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations. Having joined YPTC in 2017 as an Associate, Glen has had the opportunity to work alongside a team of exceptional and talented people committed to helping their nonprofit clients succeed in their mission. Glen’s commitment to excellence, dedication, leadership, and technical nonprofit accounting expertise has enhanced client service and staff experience.
