Delaware Accountant Spotlight: Kim Johnson
Kim Johnson is an Associate in the Delaware area who rejoined YPTC in early 2025. She previously served as VP & CFO of the Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation and as a Senior Financial Manager for Charter School Business Management. After working at YPTC more than a decade ago, she returned seeking a flexible, part-time role that would allow her to continue supporting nonprofits.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending summers at the Delaware beaches and time with her granddaughters. She also volunteers on the Finance Committee for Healthy Food for Healthy Kids, a Delaware-based organization that partners with local schools to promote hands-on gardening and healthy eating.
