YPTC Celebrated the 2025 Annual Awards!
Your Part-Time Controller, LLC hosted its highly anticipated National Annual Awards meeting on Thursday, December 11th, 2025. This year’s game show theme brought excitement and creativity to the event.
The awards kicked off with a fun introductory video complete with cameos from YPTC’s executive team competing to guess the value of a familiar item. The rest of the video content followed suit with themes from popular TV game shows across various decades.
After opening remarks and words of gratitude to the planning committee, prize patrol, and presenters from Jennifer Alleva, CEO, it was time to get the show started with an “un-boxing” of this year’s staff gift, shipped in advance to each staff member’s home.
Next came the culture awards. YPTC’s Champions of Culture were those who, in 2025, exemplified the company’s seven cultural pillars of Integrity, Equity, Strong Relationships, Education, Trust, Support, and Community. Accolades and celebrations filled the virtual chat with each recognition.
The popular #YPTCLife Awards followed, which spotlighted funny, heartwarming, and interesting happenings throughout the year. Highlights included YPTC Stories, YPTC Gear, YPTC Travel, and YPTC Family and Pets.
Then it was time for the show’s grand finale, the highly anticipated Mentor of the Year Award. This year there were two winners: Glen Devenish, Director of YPTC’s Washington, D.C. office, received 12 nominations from YPTC staff; and Eric Wilson, Director of Client Experience, received 8 staff nominations.
Of Glen, one staff member said, “Glen consistently supports the Washington, D.C. market by sharing his expertise, offering practical solutions, and ensuring we stay educated on topics relevant to our work. His leadership is grounded in honesty, integrity, and equity, and he strives to help each of us reach our full potential.”
Another staff member said of Eric, “Eric has a remarkable ability to bring out the best in everyone around him. He leads with empathy, clarity, and a calm confidence that inspires trust and growth. He has cultivated a culture where collaboration, kindness, and continuous learning flourish. His mentorship goes beyond just answering questions – he listens deeply, challenges thoughtfully, and celebrates generously.”
Congratulations to Glen and Eric for this well-deserved honor!
With that, the 2025 YPTC Annual Awards concluded. Congratulations to all nominees and winners!
