YPTC always gets nominations as a Best Place To Work, and it’s really true. The best part for me is that if I have an idea it will be taken seriously. I can test things out and take new approaches and they will be met with an attitude of excitement and “Go for it!” rather than people pushing back. I came to YPTC from a large company where it was difficult to feel like I was making an impact; it’s the exact opposite at YPTC. Everyone gets recognition for their work.

Everyone is so kind, friendly, outgoing, and excited to work with you. It’s very supportive and a delightful environment to work in.
