Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) has been named the 2026 #4 Best Place to Work in Southern California by the Best Companies Group. Announced on September 1st at a virtual awards event, YPTC was ranked 4th in the large companies category.  

Best Companies Group generated its list of local honorees by conducting detailed employee surveys that measured engagement and satisfaction across categories such as leadership and planning, corporate culture, work environment, training and development, and pay and benefits.  

YPTC is routinely recognized as a Best Place to Work in regions across the U.S. Nationally, YPTC was recognized by Accounting Today as the #1 Best Firm to Work for in 2025 and ranked #59 in the Top 100 firms in 2026. YPTC was also ranked the #2 Best Place to Work for Women in 2025. 

YPTC has served nonprofits in the Los Angeles area since 2020. Following continued growth in business and staff, the firm opened an office in LA in 2023.
