YPTC Partners with Throw Like a Woman to Bring Greater Philadelphia Executive Circle
On October 14, 2020, Your Part-Time Controller, LLC partnered with Throw Like a Woman, LLC to host a brand new Executive Circle for nonprofit leaders in the Philadelphia area. This virtual, collaborative event was held over lunch (12pm-1pm ET) with time for networking and discussion with facilitators afterwards. Attendees were broken out into 5 groups and engaged in individual discussions on engagement strategies, challenges, and future plans. We are so excited to have had over 20 Nonprofit Executives from the Greater Philadelphia region in attendance.
Executive Circle
In this interactive Executive Circle, Throw Like a Woman, LLC & Your Part Time Controller, LLC lead conversations to connect, engage and empower Executive Directors and Board Chairs. Uncertain times and the market shift over the last few months has made creating meaningful connections even more important.
The goal for this Executive Circle is that attendees gain an increased understanding of ways to better position their organizations to succeed through asking the right questions, engaging with your peers, planning and discussing alternative options that provide flexibility.
October Featured Topic: Engagement
Nonprofits have faced new challenges this year. For our first Executive Circle we will tackle the topic of Engagement. How have you, as the organization’s leader continued to engage your staff, donors, volunteers, and other contributors? What has worked well? What has been less successful?
We intend to host these events periodically. Are you a Nonprofit Executive or Board Member in the Philadelphia area interested in attending?
